O R D E R

% 01.03.2018 Vide proceedings dated 24.01.2018, the matter had been referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. A settlement agreement dated 27.02.2018 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre between the parties indicating the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No.2 and on enquiry the respondent no. 2 affirms the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and herself.

As per the terms of settlement agreement on record, the petitioner and respondent No.2 have agreed for the grant of a decree of divorce by mutual consent and upon payment of Rs.1.10 lac by the petitioner to respondent No.2, and the respondent No.2 has agreed to cooperate in quashing of the FIR No.150/2017 PS Madhu Vihar against the petitioner. In view thereof

the petitioner is allowed to be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court subject to the condition that the applicant shall not tamper with the evidence in any manner, shall not intimidate the witnesses and shall not leave the country without permission of the Trial Court. The application stands disposed of.
