O R D E R

% 01.12.2017 On being asked, the counsel for the respondent submits that the maintenance petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is pending on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East District at Saket Courts complex between the parties.

In this view of the matter, the prayer for transfer of the divorce case instituted by the petitioner, it being HMA petition No. 63522/16, stated to be presently pending on the file of Principal Judge, Family Courts, North-West District at Rohini, is withdrawn from the said forum and made over for further proceedings in accordance with law to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Courts for South-East District at Saket.

The transferor forum shall make over the file to the transferee forum fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear.

The petition stands disposed of.
