% 01.08.2017 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that as inquiry proceedings are pending before Inquiry Officer, she will raise all the issues and contentions before the Inquiry Officer. She wants to withdraw the writ petition.

We do not make any comments or observations on the averments made in the writ petition, but allow the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to raise all the issues and contentions before Inquiry Officer.

In view of the statement made, present writ petition as well as pending application are disposed of.
