The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying that respondent no.2 be directed to fix a date for hearing and pass appropriate orders regarding the property bearing house no.1439, situated at Gali Madarsa Inayatullah, Gali Qasim jaan, Ballimaran, Delhi-110006 and shop no.541, situated at Allahadin Chandni Chowk, Delhi Ward No.VI, bearing Municipal No.541. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has handed over a copy of the notice dated 24.09.2018, whereby the hearing has been fixed on 03.10.2018 at 11:00 am.

In view of the above, the relief as sought by the petitioner stands addressed.
