% 23.11.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 63/2017 under Section 376 IPC registered at PS Pahar Ganj. As per the status report all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and thus the prosecution has concluded its evidence. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, statement of the petitioner has already been recorded under Section 313 Cr.P.C. Thus in the trial only defence evidence has to be recorded.

Considering if any that the trial is at the fag end, this Court finds no ground to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Bail application is dismissed.
