% 29.08.2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition against the summoning order which has been passed by the Court of Magistrate of the charge sheet which has already been submitted. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed, granted. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim protection against coercive steps is extended till the date next fixed before the trial Court when the petitioners will be obliged to move appropriate application for release on bail which application shall be considered having regard, inter alia, to the fact that they were granted such protection in these proceedings by this Court.
