Perusal of the order sheet dated 13.10.2015 shows that the case was fixed for 2nd February 2016, on which date, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioners and in the interest of justice the adverse orders were deferred and the matter was directed to be listed for today.

Again, nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition.

Therefore, the present petition is dismissed for not prosecution.
