% 08.10.2018 It is stated by the appellant Mr. Anuj Arora, who is present in the court that a settlement has arrived at by virtue of negotiation in mediation proceedings. The settlement agreement dated 23.08.2018 between the main contesting parties i.e. the appellant and his wife is on record. In these circumstances, the appellant seeks liberty to withdraw the present proceedings. It is clarified that in case of any difficulty, it is open to the parties to approach the learned single Judge.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
