O R D E R
% 26.10.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted, on instructions, that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, her request being that the trial court may be directed to expedite the conclusion of the trial having regard to the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 26.09.2011.
The petition for bail along with accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn. Having regard to the long incarceration that the petitioner has suffered till date, there is indeed a case made out for directions to the trial court to expedite the proceedings. Ordered accordingly. It is hoped and expected that the both the prosecution and the defence will cooperate with the trial court in conclusion of the trial at an early date. R.K.GAUBA, J OCTOBER 26, 2018 nk
