By way of this application, applicants, who are legal heirs of appellant, inform that appellant has expired on 18th May, 2017 and pray that the settled compensation amount be released in their favour. Upon applicants (legal heirs of appellant) taking steps, notice of the application be issued to third respondent-Insurance Company, by speed post, returnable on 4th July, 2018.
