The present Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to quash the FIR No. 301/2017 dated 13.07.2017 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Fatehpur Beri, Delhi. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State submits that the Cancellation Report has been filed in the present FIR before the learned Trial Court on 29.08.2022 which is pending consideration. 3.

Since the Cancellation Report has already been filed, nothing more survives in the present Petition.

However, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court afresh once the Cancellation Report is adjudicated by the leaned Trial Court.
