This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking correction of a typographical error in Para 10 of the judgment dated 26.04.2024. 2.

Despite advance service, none appears for the respondent. Having perused the judgment dated 26.04.2024, we find that learned counsel for the petitioner is correct in urging that an inadvertent typographical error has crept in Para 10 of the judgment dated 26.04.2024. 3.

We, accordingly, direct that Para 10 of the judgment dated 26.04.2024 will now be read as under:

"10. The writ petitions are, accordingly, allowed in the aforesaid terms."

The application is, accordingly, disposed of, making it clear that this order will be read in conjunction with the judgment passed on 26.04.2024.
