The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 14th February, 2019 which is marked as Ex.C-1. The parties have also filed joint application I.A. 2506/2019 under order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure for recording of the settlement and passing a decree in terms thereof.

The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. The suit is decreed in terms of the Ex.C-1 which shall form part of the decree. 3.
Learned counsel for the plaintiffs has handed over two bankers cheque totalling Rs.12,50,000/- to counsel for the defendant. The plaintiffs undertake that aforesaid bankers'
cheque shall be honoured upon presentation. The statement is taken on record. 4.
I.A. 2506/2019 is allowed in the above terms.
I.A. 13136/2018 5.
The interim orders are vacated in view of amicable settlement between the parties. The application stands disposed of. 6.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under signatures of Court Master.
