% 15.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, his only prayer for directions to the Additional Rent Controller to expedite the proceedings.

The learned counsel for the respondents assures that he will fully cooperate and will not take unnecessary adjournments. The case is already at the stage of recording the evidence of the petitioner. The Additional Rent Controller will make all endeavour to hold an expeditious trial and adjudicate on the case at an early date. The petition stands disposed of in above terms.
