% 19.02.2019 CM No. 7921/2019 We are sorry that an Advocate appearing in person has filed this application in a disposed of case. The writ petition was heard and dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on October 18, 2016 and in para 9, it has been categorically observed that the writ petition is misconceived and orders, as prayed for in the writ petition cannot be passed. Once such an order is passed, it is unfortunate that an application of this kind is filed, that too by an Advocate.

We see no reason to entertain this application. The same is dismissed. CHIEF JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO, J FEBRUARY 19, 2019/ak
