% 24.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition in view of the compromise arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 21st March, 2018. It is further submitted that a fresh petition for quashing of FIR on the ground of compromise would be filed after the terms of settlement are complied with.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
