% 21.08.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his application having remaining pending before the respondent no.1 since 2003 has not yet been decided. Attention has been drawn to Annexure P-3 which is a letter communicated by respondent no.2 to Shyam Singh (husband of the petitioner).

Respondents have put in appearance. On the last date also counsel for respondent no.1 sought time to file a reply/counter affidavit. None has been filed by the respondent. The only prayer sought for by the petitioner is that his application should be decided expeditiously. Respondent is directed to decide the application of the petitioner seniority wise. With these directions petition disposed of.
