The petitioner has filed the present petition praying that directions be issued to respondent nos. 1 and 2 to ensure safety and security to her as well as her family members.

The petitioner alleges that respondent no.3 (who is the petitioner's husband), respondent no.4, respondent no.5 (who is the petitioner's daughter-in-law) and respondent no.6 (who is the father-in-law of respondent no.5) trespassed on the petitioner's property on 08.07.2017 and had abused and beaten the petitioner. She also states that the said respondents had vandalised her goods and had thrown away certain articles. She also alleges that respondent no. 3 had taken away ₹2000/- from her wallet. The petitioner states that she sent a representation regarding the

incident to the local police, however, no steps have been taken in this regard. 3.

It is seen that the petitioner has an equally efficacious remedy of filing a representation under Section 154(3) of the Cr.P.C. and further by filing an application under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. in the event she is a victim of any cognizable offence.

In this view, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition. The present petition is disposed of leaving it open to avail of other alternate remedies.
