% 11.09.2018 CO.PET. 318/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a wrong rejoinder which has been filed inadvertently. A fresh rejoinder has been filed vide diary No. 132297.

The Registry may take the fresh rejoinder on record. A copy of the rejoinder be supplied to the learned counsel for the

respondent.

CO.PET. 466/2015 CO.PET. 318/2016 Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has pointed out that NCLT has appointed an Interim Resolution Professional and has passed the appropriate orders under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Keeping in view that NCLT is seized with the matter, it would be appropriate to transfer these matters to NCLT under Section 434 of the Companies Act, 2013. Learned counsel for the parties have no objection to this transfer.

The matters are accordingly transferred.

The Registry will take steps accordingly.
