W.P.(C) 11797/2016 & CM Appl. 46561/2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondentDDA to give possession of Plot bearing No.2528, Pocket C-1, Sector-34, Rohini, Delhi, allotted to the petitioner under the Rohini Residential Scheme, 1981.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that respondent-DDA at this stage only has issued a Show Cause Notice dated 28th January, 2016.

Since the petitioner has filed the reply dated 19th February, 2016, this Court disposes of the present writ petition and application with a direction to the respondent-DDA to decide the Show Cause Notice dated 28th January, 2016 within a period of four weeks. However, in the event the decision of the respondent-DDA is against the petitioner, the same shall not be given effect to for a period of two weeks.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
