Para 4 of the counter affidavit informs this court that the petitioner appeared in the NEET Examination 2017; she did not appear for the two rounds of counselling. In the course of these proceedings this court had been informed that the petitioner had then been allotted an MBBS seat in the UR category at Krishna Institute of Medical Science, Karad, Maharashtra pursuant to the order passed by this court on 31.07.2017. This order is confirmed.
