The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking compassionate allowance of 2/3 of Pension, Gratuity and other consequential benefits with effect from April 05, 2016 with 18% interest. 2.

The petitioner, who appears in person has drawn my attention to page 178 of the paper book, which is a communication dated July 18, 2016 from the petitioner to the Chairman, Export Council of India and also page 179,

which is a communication dated July 25, 2015 addressed to the Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce for grant of compassionate allowance. It appears that the said representations have not been disposed of. 3.

Mr. Khatana, on instructions, states that the said representations have been considered but no final order, has so far been passed. According to him, a final decision on the representations and communicating the said decision shall happen within four weeks, as an outer limit, from today. The said statement is taken on record. The petition is disposed of, in view of the statement made by Mr. Khatana. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the respondents 1 to 4 to be conveyed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. V.
