% 19.12.2017 This petition seeks anticipatory bail in the case in FIR No. 155/2017 registered under sections 498A/406/34 as well as section 377 IPC registered at Police Station-Nangloi.

It is the petitioner's case that the subsequent allegations were a afterthought as it is not levelled in the first instance in the FIR. Be that as it may, the statement of complainant was recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. supporting the aforesaid allegations under section 377 IPC.

A perusal of the complaint reveals that nature of the offence against the petitioner is serious.

In the circumstances, no case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
