% 24.02.2016 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the Arbitrator has already entered upon reference and proceedings are in progress. They have no objection if the present petition may be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the learned Arbitrator.

The petitioner agrees to file the copies of pleadings before the Arbitrator within two weeks.

Reply, if any be filed by the respondents before the Arbitrator. In view of the abovementioned statements and agreed by the parties, the interim order passed on 16th July, 2015 shall continue until the same is modified or vacated by the Arbitrator. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
