% 16.04.2018 Despite pass over, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. In the present petition, the petitioner has sought expeditious conclusion of the investigation and action against the accused. E-FIR No.777/2016 was registered when the petitioner alleged that her gold and diamond jewellery had been stolen from her cupboard. The complainant suspected her tenant Rukhsana and her acquaintance Abid Chaudhary for the alleged offence.

A Status Report has been filed which indicates that besides other investigations, the polygraph test and brain mapping test of Rukhsana and Abid Chaudhary have also been conducted however, there is no clue showing that Rukhsana or Abid Chaudhary were involved in the theft of gold and diamond jewellery. The Status Report details out the investigation carried out till date in E-FIR.

Since none appears on behalf of the petitioner despite pass over, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
