% 11.09.2017 CM No. 32980/2017 (application under Section 151 CPC for withdrawal of the writ petition) 1.

The present application has been filed by the petitioner stating inter alia that the petitioner has opted for the One Time Settlement Scheme floated by the respondent Nos. 2,3 and 4 and has deposited a sum of Rs.23,57,20,986/- on 28.05.2017 as a part of the requirement under the said Scheme.

Having applied under the said Scheme, the petitioner proposes to W.P.(C) 6770/2015

withdraw the present petition and pursue the Amnesty Scheme with the respondent Nos. 2,3 and 4.

Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1/UOI and the respondent Nos. 2 ,3 and 4 accepts notice and states that they have no objection if the prayer made in the application is allowed. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with the pending applications.

The next date fixed before the Court stands cancelled. 6.

File be consigned to the Record Room.
