% 28.01.2025 CM APPL. 5211/2025 RELEASE OF FDRS(VOL.II) The present application has been moved on behalf of the applicant respondent seeking directions to the registry to release the FDRs furnished by the respondent as security on 05.01.2016 and 11.02.2016, as recorded in terms of the order dated 11.02.2016.

Since the captioned RFA 482/2015 has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 24.12.2024, FDR deposited by the applicant be released along with accrued interest, thereof, in favour of the applicant after due verification as per rules.
