The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In terms of the Office Order of the respondent-NDMC dated 23rd February, 2026, no separate license is required to be taken by the petitioner from NDMC in respect of the aforesaid activities if it holds a valid FSSAI and GST Registration, as applicable.

Copy of the Office Order dated 23rd February, 2026 has been handed over in Court and is taken on record.

4.

In the present case, it is not disputed that the petitioner has a valid FSSAI License as well as GST Registration.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of holding that the petitioner does not require separate license(s) which are the subject matter of the writ petition.

6.

All rights and contentions of the parties in any other proceedings shall remain open.

7.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
