% 26.09.2018 1.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment dated 19.09.2018 pronounced by the Central Administrative Tribunal, dismissing O.A. No.3064/2018 filed by him for directing the respondents to regularise the government quarter No.57, Type-III, Sector-1, Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi, which was allotted to his father while he was in service. Pertinently, the father of the petitioner has superannuated on the post of Inspector in the CBI in the year 2009. Thereafter, the petitioner has continued occupying the said government quarter, which was admittedly not as per his entitlement. 2.
After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought a pass over to obtain instructions from his client before addressing further arguments.
