% 09.01.2018 CM. No. 38946/2017 (for delay) This is an application filed by the petitioners seeking condonation of 18 days delay in re-filing the contempt petition. For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 18 days in re-filing the petition is condoned.
Application stands disposed of.
CONT.CAS(C) 737/2017 The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of order dated May 13, 2016. Suffice to state, petitioners themselves have annexed order dated February 1, 2017 (Page 120 of the paper book), which was passed by Tehsildar, Nazafgarh, New Delhi pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on May 13, 2016. That itself reveals that the order has been complied with.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order dated February 1, 2017.
