That vide removal action dated 28.12.2017 upon availability of police force, the alleged porta cabin was removed and immediately upon removing the same, letter has also been sent to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, South East Distt. requesting thereby to ensure that re-encroachment will not occur. Photographs of the removal action and copy of the letter sent in this regard are annexed here with as Annexure „A‟coly."
