CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR

O R D E R

% 02.08.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by certain notices which have been issued by respondents No. 3 & 4 (Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange).

On advance notice, counsel for respondents No. 1 & 3 has put in appearance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that after the last notice dated 22.06.2017 issued by respondent No.3, a representation had been made by the petitioner which representation stands dismissed by respondent No. 4 on 07.07.2017. The communication dated 07.07.2017 has not been challenged before this Court.

The limited prayer made by the petitioner is that keeping in

view the Policy and Guidelines of respondents No. 3 & 4 and the case of the petitioner which has to be considered quarterly, the petitioner has no objection to the same but his submission is that if any documents are required either by respondent No.3 or respondent No. 4, the petitioner should be given notice to supply those documents; thereafter the order which may be passed by respondents No. 3 & 4 be reasoned order. Ordered accordingly.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.

Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master. INDERMEET KAUR, J AUGUST 02, 2017
