CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN

O R D E R

% 02.01.2017 Admittedly, after filing of the present contempt petition the petitioner has been paid a sum of Rs. 2,02,200/- on account of leave encashment along with interest.

However, learned counsel for petitioner states that the claim of leave encashment has not been properly calculated with interest. Consequently, present contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent to supply a copy of the computation sheet indicating as to how the amount of Rs. 2,02,200/- has been calculated within a period of two weeks. In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by the said computation, petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 02, 2017 rn
