REVIEW PET. 41/2018 and Crl.M.A.1176/2018 (stay) Notice. Mr. Prashant Mendiratta, learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice and seeks time to file response. Let the response be filed by the respondents within one week. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within one week thereafter.

Counsel for the parties submit that the parties are intending to settle the matter amicably by recourse to mediation. Accordingly, parties are directed to appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 24th January, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. A senior mediator be appointed in the instant case.

List before the Court on 9th February, 2018 to await the outcome of the mediation proceedings.
