% 29.01.2019 By this petition the petitioners who are major seek protection as they have married contrary to the wishes of respondent No.4 to 9 the family members of petitioner No.2.

Respondents No.4, 5 & 6 the father, mother and brother of petitioner No.2 are present in Court. They state that petitioner No.2 is a major and since she has married of her own free will they have no objection to the said marriage and they will not interfere in the happy married life of the petitioners.

In view of the statement of respondents No.4 to 6, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioners who are present in Court seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
