% 29.11.2018 This petition is for expeditious disposal of suit No.1669/16 titled as 'Manju Devi V. Parwati Jain & Another' in the Court of Ms.Dhanashree Deka, Civil Judge, District-Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. It is submitted that the suit is at the stage of plaintiff's evidence.

Considering the prayer there is no need for issuance of notice to the respondents.

It is submitted that the suit was filed in 2005 and is lingering on since then. If that is so, learned trial Court shall try and dispose of the suit within six months from today.

The petition along with pending application stands disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court. Order dasti.
