Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.984/2015, under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act (Amend.), 2003 registered at Police Station Mehrauli. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already settled the matter with the BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, New Delhi and paid a sum of Rs.28,606/- and seeks quashing of the aforesaid FIR.

Learned counsel for the BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, New Delhi submits that they have no objection if the present FIR is quashed as the matter has been settled with the petitioners. 4.

Learned counsel for the State also submits that he has no objection if the present FIR No.984/2015 is quashed. Moreso, they are only performa party.

Statements of Mr. Yogender Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as of Ms. Anju Thomas, learned counsel for the BSES Rajdhani Power Limited have been recorded separately to this effect. 6.

In view of the aforesaid statements, the FIR No.984/2015, under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act (Amend.), 2003 registered at Police Station Mehrauli and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 7.

Keeping in mind, that an amount of Rs.28,606/- is in question, no order as to costs.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
