% 08.01.2016 The present petition has been filed with a prayer to set aside the order dated 20.05.2015 passed by the learned MM and to allow the petitioner to further cross-examine the respondent No.2. The learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has stated at the Bar that he has no objection if the respondent No.2 is called for crossexamination and the trial is expedited. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the matter is now fixed before the learned MM on 14.01.2016.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction that respondent No.2 shall appear before the learned MM on 14.01.2016 for the purpose of cross-examination and the petitioner shall cross examine the respondent No.2 on the said date. Dasti.
