After arguments, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. It is prayed that the appellants/banks be given time to vacate the suit premises till 30.11.2017. It is also agreed that in the meanwhile, the appellants will clear the admitted rate of rent which is payable with respect to the suit premises inasmuch as what is the final rate of mesne profit is the subject matter of decision before the Trial Court and the appellants also agree to clear all charges towards water, electricity for the suit premises till the time the appellants remain in possession of the suit premises.

Let the appellants file their affidavits of undertaking in this

Court of its authorized signatory along with proof of the authorization in terms of the present order within a period of one week from today and on the appellants filing the undertaking and complying with the terms of the same, the appellants will not be evicted from the suit premises till 30.11.2017.
