O R D E R

% 26.09.2016 The petitioner is present in Court.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation. He submits that to show his bona fide, the petitioner is ready to deposit in this Court an amount of Rs.5 Lakhs, which is the amount claimed to have been spent on the marriage by the complainant's parents.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed. In case of his arrest,

the petitioner shall be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the IO. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits an amount of Rs.5 Lakhs in this Court within four weeks. Disbursal of the said amount shall be governed by the orders that may be passed by a competent court. The petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called for by the IO. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
