This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.103/2012 under Sections 363/366 IPC registered at PS Anand Parbat. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably and the petitioner and daughter of respondent No.2 are living together happily in the matrimonial home.

Respondent No.2/ Complainant is present before the Court with her daughter and are identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from them whether the matter has been settled with the CRL.M.C. 4818/2016
petitioner amicably without fear and pressure. They have stated that the matter has been settled without any fear or pressure and complainant's daughter is living happily in the matrimonial home after marriage with the petitioner.

Memorandum of Understanding/Settlement deed dated 22.04.2016 signed by the parties is on record. 4.
Since the matter has been settled between the parties and the daughter of the complainant is residing with the petitioner in the matrimonial home happily, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings under Section 363/366 IPC. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to maintain their matrimonial relations, FIR No.103/2012 under Sections 363/366 IPC registered at PS Anand Parbat and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

The petition and all pending application(s) stand disposed of accordingly.
