% 28.02.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent-DDA states that the petitioner‟s mutation application has been allowed. He has handed over a copy of the mutation order dated 27th February, 2017. The same is taken on record. He further states that in accordance with the last order, the Vice-Chairman, DDA has initiated an enquiry against serving and retired employees. He assures this Court that the said enquiry would be carried to its logical conclusion. Keeping in view the aforesaid statement and assurance, the present writ petition is disposed of as satisfied.
