By way of this application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.214/2016, under Sections 308/323/341/34 IPC, PS Inder Puri.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in this case since 8th December, 2016 and that all the material witnesses except the investigating officer have already been examined in this case.

As per MLC the nature of injury suffered in this case was opined to be grievous in nature with blunt object. The injured remained hospitalised for about fifteen days.

The petitioner is in custody for last about nine months. BAIL APPLN. 1595/2017

In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/link Court, subject to the following conditions:
(i) He shall not leave the country without the permission of the Court. (i) He shall not try to influence or contact the witnesses in any manner. 6.
The bail application is allowed in the above terms. 7.
Copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court for information and compliance and be also given dasti under signature of the Court Master to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
