O R D E R

% 13.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aged about 28 years.

Petitioner is neighbour of complainant.

Petitioner has already joined the investigation.

Nothing has to be recovered from the petitioner. No custodial interrogation is required. Learned APP submits that on 15th July, 2012 at about 11:30 pm when the complainant was closing the door of her house, petitioner came there and caught hold of her hand. On her raising alarm, he ran away from there. It has been confirmed that petitioner has joined the investigation. Petitioner has no past criminal record.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
