% 26.08.2019 CM APPL No.22613/2019 This application is for the return to the appellant herein of an amount of Rs.45,000/- deposited in compliance of order dated 24.01.2018 of this Court and also the return of original documents lying in the case file. Vide order dated 24.01.2018 the appellant was directed to deposit Rs.7,500/- per month till disposal of the appeal. This RFA was decided in favour of the appellant and hence the appellant has filed this application for refund of the said amount. In view of the submissions so made, let the Registrar General refund the amount of Rs.45,000/- deposited by the appellant herein in compliance of order dated 24.01.2018. Registry to return the original documents of the appellant in the case file.

The application stands disposed of.
