After some hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submits, on instructions from appellant no.1 present in Court, that the appellants be permitted to withdraw this appeal.

The appeal and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellants be released to respondent no.4 along with interest accrued thereon. 4.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants have deposited Rs.50,000/- with the Juvenile Justice Board and the said amount be also released to respondent no.4. The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to release the amount of Rs.50,000/- along with interest accrued thereon to respondent no.4 (ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd.). 5.

Interim order is vacated.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
