Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of the order dated 11.02.2017 passed by Sh. Tarun Singhal, Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Presiding Judge, Lok Adalat, Faridabad, Haryana. Same is taken on record. As per the order, the workman/respondent no.2 made a statement that he had received the amount from M/s. Murthal Tank and Vessels, which is stated to be predecessor of respondent no.3 M/s.Usha India Limited.

Mr.Rajesh Kumar Yadav, Assistant Collector, Grade-II, present in person.

He has been handed over the copy of the order dated 11.02.2017 of learned Presiding Officer, Lok Adalat, Faridabad. After going through the same, he submits that since the recovery has been effected, he will not press the recovery notice under Section 136 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 dated 21.11.2016 to the

petitioner bank.

In view of these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.S.R.Sharma, Advocate, submits that he does not press the petition. The respondent no.1 shall remain bound by his statement made today in the court.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
