A report from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 10th August, 2018 has been received informing that the parties have settled the matter and respondent No. 3 has satisfied the entire claim of the petitioner i.e. ₹8,25,000/-. In view of the settlement and on instructions from the authorised representative of the petitioner who has also signed the settlement agreement before the Mediation Centre, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
