% 28.07.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, the present FIR No.1025/2014 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC was registered against petitioner (husband) at police station Okhla Industrial Area. Petitioner and respondent no.2 have now settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 21st July, 2016. Settlement agreement dated 21st July, 2016 has been received.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like

amount to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
