% 21.08.2017 The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.63/2007, under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nangloi. Matter has been called twice. However, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

In these circumstances, present petition is dismissed in default for non prosecution.
